Lydia's Journey BEYOND Hollywood

Wow, I feel like I haven't auditioned in ages! I have a commercial audition tomorrow for Direct TV, playing a bank teller. The great thing is the callback will be before I fly out to Texas and will shoot when I get back from the holidays, so my trip doesn't conflict. I can't believe it's already the end of 2008! Was it me, or did this year fly by? I guess the older I get, the faster the years go by! scary! I can't believe on Feb 3rd 2009, it will be 8 years I have been here in LA. Wow. I have two more years until I'm an "overnight success". You know that saying...it takes ten years....I'm almost there. ;)

Even though I got back LATE Monday night, I feel like I have still been on vacation this whole week! Trying to recover from being jet-lagged, and still no work. I leave for Texas next Thursday until the new year so it's like I'm on vacation here in LA too! I can't really audition since I'll be gone again soon, so it's basically me resting before my next trip. My European trip was pretty amazing! France and Italy were SO beautiful! It was breathtaking to actually see with my own eyes things I have only seen or read about in books! I can't wait until I start planning my next trip abroad!
